You've indicated that someone has passed or is expected to
shortly.

If there's a Will, only the person named as the Executor can make arrangements, no matter how you're related to the person who has passed away.
If there is no Will, only the person in ranking priority can can proceed: spouse (or common-law), adult child, adult grandchild, parent, adult sibling, adult nephew/niece. If you're not in these categories, you must call us before you begin at (604) 857-5779.

Step 1: Let us know about the passing (or imminent passing)
Call (604) 857-5779 to inform us about the passing or soon-to-pass person. This call will answer your questions, and help us organize the transfer of your loved one.
